Firstly i'd like to say i'm very impressed that you achieved Glory of the Icecrown raider so quickly !

We're trying to do the achievement "All you can eat" against Sindragosa but we can't seem to find an efficient strategy.

Our off tank keeps getting the beacon and the main tank can't reset every time. We haven't found a safe position for the beacon yet.

We tried some tricks from wowhead comments (Protection Paladin with bubble, letting the boss @ 36% etc.) but none work since the only way to prevent Magic Buffet to stack is to be hidden by an Ice bloc.

How did you do this achievement ?

Did you reset the encounter untill you had enough luck or is there a magic trick to solve it ?

There is no magic trick to this aspect, as far as i know. (besides one trick ponies like bubble, which we did not have ... had a feral and a warrior as tanks)
Resetting the stacks in time on the tanks is paramount to this achievement, but can be solved by clever positioning.
The only bad luck factor which would really screw you would be if OT is the target of the beacon at an undesired moment ^^
